Main Duties
- To provide exceptional customer service and business support
- Ensure documentation is maintained and readily available using related systems.
- Monitor and maintain the attendance planner.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Greet clients with politeness as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
